Customer Advocacy
We recognize that the complexity of today's health care environment can be confusing - from services to billing. Healtheast Customer Advocacy is here to help. Our specialists work to actively and compassionately advocate for all customers to provide relief from the anxiety and frustration surrounding their concerns.

Care Connection
HealthEast Care Connection provides you with a single point of entry to HealthEast Care System and St. Joseph's Hospital. We offer easy access to HealthEast services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Whether you want to find a new physician or specialist, need to speak to a nurse about an illness or injury, are looking for a class or support group, or want to be connected to any of HealthEast Care System's services, we are just a call away.

Patient Satisfaction & H-CAHPS
Effective March 28, 2008, you can find out how patients rate their experience at St. Joseph’s - along with hundreds of other hospitals throughout the country. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has published a report, commonly called H-CAHPS, that summarizes information from patient satisfaction surveys. Find out more.
